Your Google account user name is your firstname.lastname@schalmont.net.  To change your Google password on your Chromebook- click on the following link: https://myaccount.google.com/security#signin

Each active Schalmont CSD student is granted access to an @schalmont.net email account. The use of this account is  for educational school use only. Personal use is not authorized and emails of a personal nature will be reported to school administration. Non-educational e-mail list subscriptions will be blocked. 

SENIORS AND GRADUATION - Your @schalmont.net account will expire at the end of the day just prior to graduation. Your assigned Chromebook and charger must be returned to the Help Desk following the last scheduled NYS Regents test (typically the day before graduation). 

SENIORS - Please do not use your @schalmont.net account for college applications or scholarship applications. Your @schalmont.net account will expire just prior to graduation therefore all communications with colleges and scholarship organizations will cease upon graduation.

EXTENSIONS - If you have installed extensions that you wish to remove please follow these steps;

1. Click on the Menu Icon at the top right hand corner of your browser window

2. Choose "more tools" then "extensions"

3. Uncheck "enable" on all/any extensions you with to disable or click "remove" to permanently remove the extension

Note: Having a large number of loading extensions will slow your overall experience. Only authorized extensions are allowed. Un-authorized extensions may be deleted by administration.

All installed APPs and Extensions must be required by your classroom teacher or they will be removed from your account.
