Millions of years ago, or possibly in late fall of 2005 on the second floor of J.L. Mann High School somewhere around Mr. Dion's room, a small group who were tired of the hatred and bitterness among the peoples decided to join together as one. They voiced their dissent of the bad behavior by wearing nasty holiday sweaters.

And the first WANHS Day was born.

WANHS Day is celebrated on the second Friday after Chanawanzacrimmoxer begins, or whenever someone decides the need for peace, love, and togetherness. Usually during the holiday season around the end of the year, WANHS Day brings together all peoples of all nations and backgrounds in the joy that can only be expressed by wearing a nasty holiday sweater.

Share the joy and spread the love. Peace to all through nasty holiday sweaters.

Bring a nonperishable food item and show the love. Wear your sweaters on Friday, December 13th!
