Support Colorado’s Emerging Gifted Leaders Through The Brilliance Exchange Program

SCD Enrichment Program is proud to launch The Brilliance Exchange Program, a four-month, project-based mentorship experience designed to uplift Colorado’s most marginalized gifted learners. This innovative program provides students from 14 Colorado school districts the opportunity to design culturally aligned projects in their area of strength, collaborate with industry professionals, and present their work at the Brilliance Exchange Symposium on March 5th.

Why Partner With Us?

Corporate partners play a vital role in shaping students’ confidence, academic identity, and future pathways. By serving as mentors, professionals guide students through brainstorming, project development, problem-solving, and final presentation preparation. Mentorship takes place from November through March and requires only a few hours each month—but the impact lasts far beyond the program.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies may also choose to sponsor the student(s) they mentor. Sponsorship helps cover project materials, transportation, and participation costs, ensuring that every student—regardless of financial background—can fully engage in this transformative experience. Sponsorship is optional but deeply appreciated.
