A: Students may participate in multiple sessions given that there is space.
Priority status for sessions will be given to students who have not previously participated in the session.
Q: Is attendance mandatory?
A: Session Attendance is Mandatory
Attendance is mandatory in our free enrichment classes because consistent participation ensures students receive the full benefits of learning, skill-building, and social interaction. Regular attendance helps maintain class structure, supports student progress, and respects the efforts of educators who dedicate their time to providing high-quality, engaging experiences.
Q: Will My slot be affected for a missed session?
A: We understand that situations may arise where students may not be able to be present on our sessions. If a student will not attend a session please contact the program manager @ (916) 220 - 7688 via text message and the reason for the student not present in their session.
After 2 missed unexcused sessions the program manager will follow up with the parent or guardian of the student informing them their enrollment may be affected.
