Frequently Asked Questions: 

1. How do these Enrichment Classes differ from the ones currently offered at Genevieve Didion?

The Enrichment Classes offered by our Providers in SCUSD are identical to those at Genevieve Didion, except that they are free of charge. Offering Enrichment classes through YDSS offers a variety of services to our students and allows for more classes to be offered. 

2. Can my student stay for the whole day? 

Your student can stay for the whole day if enrolled in the After School Program. Contact the Program Manager for more information about enrollment. 

3. What if my student gets out 30 minutes prior to the start of the Class? 

If your student gets out 30 minutes prior to the start of the class, arrangements can be made for them to wait under supervision. Please communicate with the Program Manager before the start of the session. 

4. What happens if I am running late to pick up? 

If you are running late to pick up, please notify the program manager as soon as possible. After the 3rd late pick up, students may be dismissed from programming. 

5. Is Parent Orientation mandatory ? 

Parent Orientation is a mandatory step for enrollment in all after school programming. 

6. How can I enroll my student into the After School Program? 

You can enroll your student into the After School Program by completing the enrollment forms provided by submitting an online application.
