Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for district review and signatures, if required.
If the application requires signatures from the Superintendent or other district staff, schools must:
Submit a completed copy of the application to the district, and
Provide written confirmation that the school’s board has been notified of the intent to apply.
Follow all instructions listed below.
EpiCenter Instructions:
Before uploading in EpiCenter, notify either Tracie Sweet or Rianna Smith via email that you are applying for a school-initiated grant. Once notified, district staff will open an EpiCenter task titled "School Initiated Grant."
Please upload IN THE DRAFTS SECTION the following documents for your school initiated grant:
Download a copy of the School-Initiated Submission cover sheet and complete.
Any supporting documentation and/or document needing district signature(s) (application instructions, completed application, signature page, etc.)
Once you have uploaded the above information in the drafts section, district staff will be notified. The district will then obtain district level signatures if needed, and will place the signed document(s) back into the drafts section. You will then be notified via an EpiCenter email that a new draft has been uploaded with your signed copies.
