Description: On September 25, the district held a Title I Targeted Assistance Huddle to review the SCDE Consolidated Monitoring Tool and the process for identifying students for Targeted Assistance services. We shared a new template to document student identification, services provided, progress monitoring, and next steps. Participants offered valuable feedback to refine the tool and strengthen our Targeted Assistance implementation. 

Description: During this month’s Title I Huddle, we shared program successes, discussed current challenges, and addressed participant questions. Updates were provided on Title I allocations and applications, followed by a walkthrough of our Month-by-Month Guide for October and November to help schools stay on track with key tasks and deadlines. The session also introduced a new tool designed to help schools monitor and track student progress for federally funded activities.

Description: This month’s huddle focused on sharing successes, identifying challenges, and collaborating on solutions to strengthen Title I programs. Schools highlighted what’s working, discussed barriers, and celebrated recent wins and team efforts. After the main session, Title I Targeted Assistance schools stayed to review challenges with the first quarter Eligibility and Services Tracking Template. Their feedback led to several improvements for future use. “The best ideas come when we listen, learn, and lead together.”
