For our K-5 families, we know this is all new for you so here is some help getting your child logged in and accessing a central list of resources. These will work on a district device or your personal computer. Clever is a tool that provides the district a central location for many of the websites and resources that students use everyday. Information about How to access Clever is available for all devices.
Children in Grades K-2 should use the following login information:
Username: <<username>>
Password: Birthday in the format MMDDYYYY
All K-2 Students passwords have been reset for ease of access.
Children in Grades 3-5 should know their login information.
If they do not, please contact the helpdesk using the information listed below.
The portal will be located on their Clever page under “District Resources” and will be called “Remote Student Check-In.” Each day before 10PM the remote students will need to go to Clever and click this link. It will take them to a webpage and they can sign in with their district account (most will already be signed in if they are using a district chromebook). Then they will check a box for the day saying they are present and hit submit.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time. If you need additional support or have questions here are some resources: SCASD Knowledge Base.
