All About Ms. Roth
Welcome to Fifth grade! I am so excited to be your teacher this year!
I can’t wait to see everyone and get to know you all!
Teaching has been a big part of my life for many years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education as well as a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Along the way I also acquired my Reading Specialist Certification too.
Another large part of my life are my three girls who have all grown up in State College! My oldest, Carson, just graduated from Penn State and hasd moved to Scottsdale, Arizona for a job with Honeywell. Piper will be a Junior at CU Boulder in Colorado. My youngest, Teagan is going to be a senior at State High School. She is a varisty cheerleader, so you might see me at a game or two. We have two dogs; Skoda is a spunky husky that tells us about her day if we have been away. Ghost is a german shepard/malamute mix. She loves to sleep and lay around most of the day.
When I am not in school you will probably find me hiking on a trial somewhere or walking the dogs. We are a very active family and so when the day is done, we crash in front of the television for a good movie or sit down to play a game.
I can’t wait to get this school year started, we are going to have an amazing year of learning and fun!
