Charged ChromeBook with the DAC App loaded
Several sharpened, #2 pencils (mechanical pencils are not allowed)
Pen with dark blue or black ink
Water bottle and/or quiet snack, for the break
Analog watch
Standard administration time for this exam is 2 hours 40 minutes.*
*Directions and break will add an additional 30-60 minutes.
This exam will be administered on Wednesday, May 15 the afternoon in the Choir Room
Students should be in seats, prepared for instructions to begin at 11:45 AM
LUNCH!
Students will be dismissed to each lunch at 11:15. Students who wish to purchase a school lunch can select a Made To Order sandwich (which must be ordered on this form no later than 9:30 AM) and note that you will be picking up your meal at 11:15 for an AP exam.

Phones
Students will leave all electronic devices, powered off, in their backpacks
To be prepared for exam day, teachers and students should:
Practice accessing the DAC APP on a chromebook
Practice recording sight-singing exercises
It is expected that all students who take AP Exams will make up any work missed in classes during their exam session. Students should communicate with their teachers before the exam session to let teachers know they will be absent.
