Plan and Prepare Search
In April 2022, the Scarsdale Board of Education (Board) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a search firm. The Board reviewed proposals and interviewed search firms during the Spring and approved a contract with the firm Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) at the June 21, 2022 Board Meeting. The Board worked with the consultants from HYA, Ms. Deborah Raizes and Dr. Susan Guiney, throughout the summer on planning and preparing for the search process.
