Feedback from the focus groups, community forums, and surveys was been synthesized by our search consultants into a set of search specifications and primary characteristics desired in the new Superintendent. This Leadership Profile was presented to the Board for review at our meeting on October 3, 2022, and the Board subsequently voted to accept the Leadership Profile Report, which serves as a guiding framework for recruiting and vetting candidates.
