Welcome to Fifth Grade, 5C Students!
I hope you are all enjoying your summer vacation. I have been appreciating time with family and friends, spending lots of time reading, and taking some fun trips, including to Maine, South Carolina, and a final long weekend in Vermont at the end of this month. Enjoying time at the beach and eating great food are among my favorite parts of vacationing!
I am very much looking forward to getting to know each of you and growing together as a classroom community.
If you haven't ordered supplies through the PTA, please take a look at Fifth-Grade 2026-2027 Supply List and bring in what you can a little each day when school starts. (No need to carry everything to school on the first day!)
In addition to the supplies on the list, all fifth-grade students are being asked to bring in headphones that are compatible with their school-assigned Chromebook. Please be aware that the headphones you bring will be kept in an individual designated area in the classroom for personal use. Kindly bring in your headphones by Fri., 9/11.
I can’t wait to meet you all on the first day of school, Tuesday, September 1st. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your summer. We’re going to have a great year together!
