Phone Use

Children need to come to school prepared for the school day with books, homework, instruments, etc.  Phone calls home for these reasons are not considered emergencies and should not occur.

Students may not use personal cell phones in school for any purpose.   Cell phones are to be powered off and stay in the backpack.  Any digital watch that serves as a phone may be worn as long as it is not used and is not a disruption.  If it becomes a disruption, it will be removed and stay in their backpack or the main office.  All calls home are to be made from the main office.
