As the weather turns cooler and we head into the holiday season, here are some important health reminders and updates from the Health Office to help keep our school community healthy and happy.

Cold & Flu Season
Please help us prevent the spread of illness by keeping your child home if they have:
Fever 100 °F or higher (must be fever-free without medication for 24 hours to return)
Vomiting / Diarrhea within the past 24 hours
Difficulty Breathing
Undiagnosed Rash
Remind your child to:
wash hands regularly
covering coughs & sneezes with tissues or elbows
get plenty of sleep, fluids and eat healthy foods/snacks
