Scoliosis Opt. out form 

Only needs to be signed and returned if your child will be having there scoliosis screening done outside of school at there Dr. office. The form is due back for those individuals by November 1st, 2025 

National Dental Hygiene Month

Encourage your child to brush their teeth at least twice a day morning & night and to floss. When possible, make sure to schedule a dental visit for your child.
