John Adams Music Department

Welcome to the John Adams High School Music Department website! John Adams is in the South Bend Community School Corporation serving over 300 aspiring musicians. John Adams is a full IB magnet school that offers IB music courses open to interested students. 

1. Help build an outstanding reputation for music here at John Adams, and in our community by providing performances that demonstrate musical intelligence and growth.

2. Strive to make every student an active, involved, collaborative, and responsible member of a fun organization that will bring great pride and satisfaction as a result of active learning and hard work

3. Grow as professional individuals through commitment, dedication, and self-directed learning. 

4. Encourage respect for music, musicians, teachers, fellow students, audience members, and our physical rehearsal and performance facilities.
