BERCHNOVA 30 – General Guidelines

• Kindly ensure that the participant is a bonafide student of an educational institution.

• Participants should ensure their registration before  24th September 2025 through the website https://sites.google.com/sbcollege.ac.in/berchnova

• All the participants should submit their college ID cards and permission letter whenever insisted by the organizing committee.

• General guidelines will be applicable to all events.

• Guidelines for each round of the respective events will be provided by the event co-ordinators on the spot.

• It is the responsibility of the participant to address their queries before each round.

• All attendees are expected to strictly adhere to the timings and guidelines.

• Engaging in any form of unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification of the participants.

• The decisions made by the judges/event heads are final and binding.

• In any unforeseen circumstances, the committe has the sole authority to make any final decision.

• Complaints if any has to be reported to the grievance cell immediately.

• The committe shall not be held responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.

 Registration Guidelines

• An amount of ₹300/- per participant is to be paid for all the events.

• Registration is not permitted for students enrolled at SB college.
