Event Guidelines

1. The event is open to all UG/ PG students and it will take place through online mode only. 

2. There is no restriction on the number of participants from the same institution. 

3. Reels must be original and created specifically for this competition. The reel must be in between 30 to 60 seconds. 

4. The content must reflect the theme and convey its essence clearly. Evaluation will be based on the quality, relevance, and originality of the facts, ensuring they align with Berchnova’s collaborative vision.

5. No pre-existing reels can be submitted. 

6. Avoid offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content. 

7. Participants must post the same on their own Instagram handle using #berchnova and tag @ berchnova official. 

8. The name of the reels should be < Name of the Candidate_ College Name>.

9. Participants who fail to follow the competition rules will be disqualified. The use of bots, paid likes, or manipulation of engagement metrics is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 

10. Submission Deadline: Entries will be accepted from 21/09/25 to 25/09/2025. Late entries will not be considered. 

11. Winners may be required to provide proof of college ID.

12. Decisions made by judges and event heads are final and binding.
