Event Guidelines

1. The event is open to all UG/ PG students and it will take place through online mode only. 

2. There is no restriction on the number of participants from the same institution, however each candidate is allowed to submit only one photo for the competition. 

3. Students who wish to participate must register prior to the event. Registration details will be shared soon.

4. The photo must be in JPEG format and should not contain any watermarks, logos, or signatures. 

5. All entries must be original and not previously published or submitted to other competitions. 

6. Any kind of editing on the photo or misconduct will lead to disqualification ( In-Camera settings only) .

 7. Participants are required to email (using the same email id provided during the registration) to the email address which will be shared with all the registered participants, also the participants has to post the same on their own Instagram handle using #berchnova .

8. In the email the file name of the photo should be included. It should also include the screenshot of file information or details of the photo captured on your device, attached along with the photo. 

9. Submission Deadline: Entries will be accepted from 22/09/25 to 25/09/2025. Late entries will not be considered. 

10. Winners may be required to provide proof of college ID.

11. Decisions made by judges and event heads are final and binding.
