Literacy Co Requisite - 10 Credits from literacy

Numeracy Co Requisite - 10 credits from numeracy

NOTE

These literacy and numeracy credits do not count towards the 60 required from each level.

Once you meet the literacy and numeracy requirements, you do not need to attempt them again for other levels of NCEA.

University Entrance is the minimum requirement to go to a NZ university.

To achieve UE you will need:

NCEA Level 3

Three subjects at Level 3 made up of 14 credits in each of 3 approved subjects

Literacy - 10 credits at level 2 or above

5 credits in reading

5 credits in writing
