Mental Health Resources

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has a national helpline 1-800-985-5990, or text officials at TalkWithUs to 66746.
The Crisis Text Line is a free text service with 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text HOME to 741741.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available to provide free, 24/7 support for those in crisis and family members of loved ones in crisis. Call 1-800-273-8255.
The Missouri Department of Mental Health has many resources for families that may be experiencing alcohol or drug abuse by a family member, mental illness, developmental disabilities, or families that are in need of crisis assistance.
The Trevor Lifeline is a 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention phone service for our LGBTQ+ families and individuals. 1-866-488-7386.

- Families/Students can also utilize TrevorChat, an online instant messaging service through a computer.
