Bio

Xavier High School’s varsity show choir, Xhilaration, is composed of students who are active participants in the music department at Xavier. They are excited to perform their 2026 competition show, “Come Alive”. Based on the story of the Prodigal Son, our show takes audiences on an emotional and musical voyage, exploring the challenges and triumphs that shape the human experience. Each song represents different phases - uncertainty, hardship, ambition, discovery, and trust in a higher plan, while waiting for the voice that calls us home. Xhilaration is under the direction of Philip Schroetter. Combo directed by Lily Bryant and choreography by Erica Ireland and Lovar Davis Kidd. Xhilaration would like to wish all the groups competing a safe and fun competition season.
