Bio

Good Time Company is the varsity show choir from Iowa City West High School! The members of this group participate in a comprehensive choral experience with the mission to develop students’ performance and interpersonal skills in an engaging and supportive environment. Since its founding in 1974, GTC has enjoyed a tradition of entertaining audiences throughout the state and across the Midwest.  

The show curated for the 51st season of Good Time Company is inspired by events that happen in the iconic game, Minecraft. This show explores the ideas of creativity, resilience, teamwork, and playfulness. Beginning with nothing but imagination, players—and performers—learn to build, adapt, and overcome challenges together, one block at a time!
