Hamilton High School’s Synergy Show Choir proudly presents the heartfelt journey of the pursuit of dreams and the paths that lead us there. From the moment we’re Ready to Go, we find ourselves Runnin’ Down a Dream, chasing what lies ahead with hope and determination. Along the way, we may feel lost, uncertain, or pulled in different directions—but sometimes all we can do is Run to You, leaning on those who support us the most.

As the journey unfolds, we’re reminded—Who Says You Can’t Go Home? Even through obstacles, setbacks, and moments of doubt, we discover that home is never out of reach. No matter how far we wander, You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home. This show is a celebration of belonging, resilience, and the places—and people—that shape who we are.
