Mental Health & Wellness
The New Hampshire Rapid Response Access Point provides the support you want in your time of need. If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, you can call and speak to our trained and caring staff.
Our SCPHN Team and Public Health Advisory Council welcome you to join us at our Spring All Partner Meeting
on Thursday June 20th at Frisbie Memorial Hospital’s Conference Center in Rochester.
Connect with partners from across our Network and hear from a panel of community stakeholders including young adults,
a police officer and a local business owner as they share the impact that prevention practices have had on their lives and examples of what
prevention looks like in practice, and discuss how prevention can be supported across our communities.
Visit our website scphn.org/all-partner-meetings to learn more about our program for the morning.

Self harm, also referred to as SH or self-injury, is when someone hurts themselves on purpose.
This could be through things like cutting, burning, bruising, or other physical injury; people can also self-harm through their behaviors by making choices they know will hurt them repeatedly.
Self-harm is a maladaptive, or unhelpful, coping skill; it helps people feel better, even if that seems or sounds backwards.
What we've done . . .
We have created links, resources and opportunities for the RSD community of students, families & staff to help support a greater working and learning environment in our schools.
