Self & Community Care for Staff

As a community of educators and educational supporters we need to find positive ways to develop strong self- and social-supports against stressors that build up in our lives.  As well it is helpful to recognize the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue  in ourselves and others so we can better understand the source of stressors in ourselves and develop ways to intervene.
