Welcome to the HPS music classroom, a joyful space where students grow as musicians by creating, responding, performing, and connecting through music! Each day is filled with fun opportunities to compose simple rhythms, move expressively to music, sing songs, and play instruments like rhythm sticks, maracas, keyboards, drums, tambourines, boomwhackers, recorders and more! Whether we’re clapping to a beat, singing as a group, or exploring how music connects to our feelings and the world around us, students build a strong foundation in musical understanding. It’s a fun, hands-on environment where every child is encouraged to listen, explore, and shine!
