Site Description

Newfound Memorial Middle School offers Project Promise Homework help after school to every student. We offer each student the opportunity to get assistance on homework from our daytime teachers. Project Promise at NMMS provides a safe after-school learning environment where students can grow academically and socially. When students do not have homework, we encourage them to read quietly or enhance their math  & reading skills through Khan Academy or IXL. 

This site is funded with local funds and run by daytime teachers. The focus of Project Promise is to improve academic achievement in our core classes such as, Literacy, Math, Science and Social Studies. 

There is a small daily fee dependent on the status of the child's school lunch program.  Full fee is $4.00, Reduced is $2.00 and Free is Free. A bill will be sent at the end of each month and payment would be required by the 25th of the next month. These fees help with the cost of materials needed and providing a healthy USDA approved snack daily.
