Whether you were a student at MHS or this will be your first time in the building, we are thrilled to have you here to complete your high school diploma! Starting this journey may seem a little daunting but we are here to help you get there. As we get started, you will need to provide a few items to the Graduation Pathways office so that we can get into class.

If you are ready to start as soon as possible, please review the area below to complete the Enrollment Form and the Policies and Acknowledgement Form.
Once you complete the Policies and Procedures Form, as well as the Enrollment Form, we will need to make an appointment to review your transcripts and determine the courses needed for graduation. If you went to MHS, there is no need to complete the Transcript Request form as the ADP program can access all MHS records. If you did not attend MHS, you will need to provide your transcripts. Please complete the Transcript Request Form and provide it to your last high school. They can provide an official, sealed transcript for you to bring to MHS (please do not open), or may mail to the address on the Transcript Form. Once received, we can finish the process so you can register for classes.
