ADP Student from another District

If you are looking to take a course at MHS to bring into another Adult Diploma Program in your town, welcome; we are thrilled to have you at MHS!

Before registering for a class, please complete the two forms below and return them to the MHS Graduation Pathways Program in person, via mail, or via email. Emails with completed forms can be emailed to the Program Director: matthew.obrien@sau26.org. The school's mailing address is as follows:
