New England Championships Meet Recap, Results, Pics, Etc.
In one of the most thrilling races of the season, Lexi led a majority of the New England Championship race, running away from the best runners in CT, RI, VT, ME and NH. Her and fellow Granite Stater Maddy Lane finished in a staggering 18:29, where Lexi finished 2nd overall. This is the 2nd highest Exeter finish in the program's history. Bri came in soon after, finishing 19th and earning All-New England honors. The girls ran a gutsy race on a tough course, finishing their team season 12th overall among all New England states. Molly, Izzie, Ashleigh, Aubrey and Madie demonstrated team-running and a gritty attitude throughout the entire 5K!
Logen was our only qualifier in the Boys Championship race and he did not disappoint. After running 18:05 a month ago at Thetford, Logen cruised a 17:41 for 73rd place. He was the 19th NH finisher, which is an improvement on the last two weeks! He has a bright future ahead of him!
NH Meet of Champions Meet Recap, Results, Pics, Etc.
Lexi set the tone from the gun and dominated the meet running 17:05, which is a course record at Alvirne HS by 19 seconds! Bri finished 4th overall and only lost to the D1, D2 and D3 State Champions in the race. Molly, Izzie Ashleigh, Madie and Aubrey ran super strong races as a supporting cast earning EHS a 3rd place finish in the state, 1 point behind 2nd place overall. The girls will be competing at New Englands this upcoming weekend as a result of their 3rd place finish in the state!
Logen had a great race, running sound from the gun. With great mile splits throughout, Logen inserted himself in the top 25 and never moved. With a 23rd place finish, Logen will advance to the New England Championships next weekend.
NH D1 Championship Recap, Results, Pics, Etc.
Lexi Paterna is your Division 1 State Champion! With the fastest time of the day, Lexi beat the competitive field by 1 minute, running 18:40 for the win. Bri wasn't far behind her, finishing 3rd overall. A massive improvement from last year when she was 9th.
Molly and Izzie ran with ferocity and ambition, finishing a staggering 11th and 14th overall. Ashleigh rounded out the scoring 5 with a 29th finish, a respectable place to be in her first D1 Championship.
Logen finished 23rd overall and qualified for the Meet of Champions!
D1 JV State Championships Meet Recap - Results, Etc.
The EHS Girls scored a STAGGERING 18 points, putting 8 in the top 10 and 10 in the top 15 to dominate the JV State Championships
Aubrey Zaimes won the race in a Meet Record (when held at Alvirne HS) and was followed by Claire, Madeline R, Celia and Lena to secure the title. Most of our student-athletes in this race ran a personal best to end their season on a high note!
The EHS Boys got 3rd overall and were 2 points out of 2nd overall! This is a massive improvement from last year's race where the EHS boys finished 9th. It is a testament of their hardwork all summer and Fall.
Noah Melendy led the Blue Hawks with a strong 6th place finish, running 1 full minute faster than last year! Congratulations to all of the boys who had such a successful season.

The EHS Girls retained their #2 rank in the state after a strong performance at Woods Trail Run in Thetford, VT, where they placed third losing only to the 14th ranked school Nationally, CVU and the #1 ranked team in CT, Glastonbury
The EHS Boys moved from #10 to #9 after a strong run at Woods Trail Run.
Manchester Invitational Meet Recap - Results, Pictures, Etc.
Girls JV 'C' started the day strong, yet again, putting 4 runners in the top 10. Led by Casey (4th OA), the EHS girls would have competed well for a team win had the JV C race been scored
Chris P did a phenomenal job leading the Boys JV 'C' race finishing 22nd OA
Girls JV 'B' finished 3rd OA, led by Madeline R and a fast 4th place finish.
Noah and Jacob led the Boys JV 'B' race finishing 22nd and 31st, respectively!
Girls Varsity saw 174 competitors in one of the most competitive races of the season. Champlain Valley, VT (ranked 13th Nationally), Cumberland, RI and Hanover, NH are all teams vying for a New England Championship run. Exeter placed respectively in 6th led by a strong 2nd place finish from Lexi. Bri, who finished 17th, also walked away with a medal for being Top 25.
Boys Varsity saw even more competition with 236 competitors. Last year, our BV team finished 25th overall. This weekend, they finished 17th with an even tighter 5-Man gap. Xavier and Henry finished well to make sure all 5 of our guys got to the finish line, helping our team score significanty!

JV Girls dominated the race, putting 5 In the top 10 and 7 In the top 20. Aubrey Zaimes came away with her first Cross Country victory!
JV Boys ran a tough, gutsy race without some of their fellow JV boys who raced hard on Tuesday In Concord
Varsity Girls won their first major Invitational of the year, scoring 44 points and finishing 2-5-11-12-14. Ashleigh MacEachern, In her first ever Cross Country race, closed out our scoring 5 with a 20:17 PR.
Varsity Boys mixed It up with the big dogs and finished with an Impressive :47 5-man gap. Led by Logen, Marcus and Ian, the boys finished 4th overall and 8 points out of 3rd! Shout out to Henry, who was the 2nd overall freshman In the entire field!
