Track & Field Meet Schedule Spring 2026
Blue Hawk Track & Field athletes compete in a variety of meets during the season.
We have Regular Season Meets. This year, these are Tri-Meets with two other schools. We are inviting Newmarket to our HOME meets this season, so those meets may have four teams. We will be hosting meets on Tuesday, April 21st, and on Monday, May 4th.
All athletes who have met attendance standards are eligible to compete in our HOME meets. We rely on parent volunteers to help us keep the meet running smoothly. Here is the link to volunteer for our HOME Meets: Sign Up Genius for Home Meets
Our goal is to have an experienced official running each event and parents assisting with raking, marking, and measuring. This is a great opportunity to have a close-up view of an event!
Reminder: Athletes are NEVER allowed to drive themselves to an away meet. This is an Exeter High School policy.
Invitational Meets: Invitational meets have performance standards that need to be met for athletes to be eligible to compete. Invitational Meets may also have a limit to the number of athletes teams can enter in each event. Coaches will communicate with athletes in advance to let them know if they have qualified for the Invitational Meets. (Oyster River Invitational, Black Bear Invitational, Clipper Relays, Merrimack Invitational, Seacoast Championships)
We will be hosting the Seacoast Freshman/Sophomore Meet at Exeter High School on Saturday, May 9th. In years past, we have attended a similar meet in Salem; however, that meet had significant entry limitations, making it a very long day for many kids. The biggest benefit of hosting this meet is that we can allow all of our freshman and sophomore athletes to enter up to four events. Our volunteer opportunities look a little different for this meet, as we will be getting help for the field events from some of the teams attending. We will be hosting the Seacoast Championship Meet at Exeter High School on Friday, May 22nd. Athletes must meet a performance standard to be eligible to compete in this meet. Attendance at this meet is MANDATORY for ALL Exeter athletes. It is our largest fundraiser for our program, and we will need everyone's help to make the meet run smoothly. We will have Divisional & State Championship Meets where athletes advance through meeting a performance standard or through their performance at a qualifying meet. This season, the Division One Championship Meet will be held on Saturday, May 30th, at Nashua South High School. The NH Meet of Champions will be held on Saturday, June 6th. This meet has a 12:00 noon start time and the venue is currently TBA.
What this means is that the season ends at different times for athletes. As an athlete's season ends, they will turn in their uniform to the Coaches. ALL athletes will attend our End of Season Banquet.
