Project Referral

A Project Referral connects your school, team, or district with a SIIS coach who brings specialized knowledge and experience to support your identified initiative. The coach’s role is to collaborate with your team in setting goals, designing a plan of action, and integrating research-based practices into your project framework. This type of referral is ideal for school-wide or classroom-level initiatives where ongoing coaching and capacity-building are needed to implement sustainable systems or practices.

Examples of project support include:

• Implementing or enhancing frameworks like PBIS, CHAMPS, RULER, or Responsive Classroom

• Developing and strengthening MTSS structures for behavior and academics

• Supporting co-teaching models and inclusive practices

• Establishing class-wide behavior and SEL systems

• Providing instructional coaching to individual teachers or teams

• Designing data collection systems and supporting data-based decision-making
