Mission
The Assistive Technology department partners with educational and IEP teams to consider, acquire, implement, and monitor assistive technology solutions. Our mission is to equip teams with the tools, strategies, and support needed to unlock student achievement, independence, and full participation through effective assistive technology use.
Vision
To create learning environments across SASED Programs and Member Districts where assistive technology is seamlessly integrated, empowering all students to reach their fullest potential. We will achieve this by providing expert guidance, coaching, professional development, and consultation in the effective use of AT tools and strategies.
