Throughout the year, 9-12th grade students will be working towards the completion of annual ICAP tasks with Mrs. Story. The Individual Career & Academic Plan (ICAP) is a project that will guide students through the coursework and activities for achieving personal career goals. An ICAP is a multi-year process that intentionally guides students and families in the exploration of career, academic, and post-secondary opportunities. The following are tentative dates and the goals for each. It is imperative that your student(s) be present at school for these activities. Note: Dates are subject to change due to unforseen reasons, etc.

August 28th, 2025: Interest and Career Surveys

September 3rd, 2025: Work-Based Learning - College and Career Fair for Seniors in Shawnee, OK

September 8th, 2025: Career Exploration and Goal Setting

November 11th, 2025: Update Organizations and Activities/PreACT scores for Sophomores

January 16th, 2026:  Create/Update High School Plan of Study

February 27th, 2025: Update Assessment Data and Annual Reviews

March 23rd, 2025: Final End-of-Year Updates/Catch-Up

May 8, 2025: Juniors Only - Update ACT Scores, if available
