Made out-of-pocket expenses? Submit one-off reimbursements for anything that didn't make it onto a Ramp card and get reimbursements instantly and securely by ACH (Automated Clearing House).

TIPS: Email your receipts to reimbursements@ramp.com and Ramp will automatically fill in the details for you.
Click "Reimbursements" on the upper-right corner of "My Ramp".
Click "New Reimbursement". You will be prompted to enter your bank details for ACH payment for the first time you attempt to enter a new reimbursement. Follow the instructions to add your bank details so that a payment can be sent to your bank account automatically once approved.
Select a type of reimbursements either "Out of Pocket" or "Mileage". Add details of your request and attach receipts by uploading image files of your receipts. Click "Submit". You can view the approval status of your request on "My Ramp".
