Request the administrator to create your account by filling out this form. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email invitation. Follow below steps to finish setting up your account.

Check your email at the email address you specified in your request. Press "Accept Invite".

Enter your first and last name. It is highly recommended to use your name as appeared on your driver's license. Choose a password and then press "Create Account".

You will see a welcome message. Press "Get Started".

Enter your mobile phone number and press "Send Verification Code". Once you receive a text message with a verification code, enter the 6-digit number to finish your account setup.
