When can I expect my request to be approved?

While your approvers make their best efforts to pay prompt attention to your request, there may be delays at times. In general, your approvers may set aside a certain time of the week to process pending requests for approval. If you have any urgent request that requires an immediate attention from approvers, send a separate reminder by a Kakao or text message.

When can I expect to receive an ACH payment in my checking account after approval is complete?

It may take 5 to 7 days after the final approval is made.

Can I combine multiple spendings in one reimbursement request?

Yes, as long as your spendings share the same Expense/Project/Department Codes. You need to submit a separate request if any spending is under a different code. Try to minimize the number of requests by collecting receipts in a single request. Make sure to add receipt amounts accurately as the incorrect amount may cause a delay in getting your request approved.
