Wild Jacks - Adding, Subtracting
Players: 2
Object: To be the player with the most cards at the end of the game or when time is up.

Wild JacksMultiplication Rumble
Players: 2 or more
Object: To be the player with the highest product, and the most tally marks
How to Play: Each player has 2 dice. Players roll at the same time and multiply their numbers. The player with the highest product wins that round. The one with the most tally marks after 20 rounds wins.
High Rolling Sums
Players: 2 or more
Object: The player with the highest score wins
How to Play: Each player has 3 dice. The player rolls all 3 dice and sets aside the die with the largest number. He rolls again the remaining two. Again, he sets aside the die with the highest number and rolls the remaining die one more time. Add up the numbers and that is your score for the round. Play proceeds to the next player until all have had their turn. The one with the highest score wins that round. The one with the highest score after 5 rounds wins the game.
Variation: To play the game with multiplication, once the player has his three numbers, he adds the first two and multiplies that number by the third number.
Game of 99
Players: 2 or more
Object: To be the highest player that does not go over 99.
The adding game of "99" is played with a deck of cards for a group of 3 to 5 players. Each child is dealt four cards and the remaining cards are left in the center. After a card is played the child needs to pick up a replacement card from the deck--or just plays short.
As a card is placed in the center , the child states the value of that card after it is added to the ones already played. So, if the first player plays a 7 he says, "Seven." If the next player plays an 8, he says, "Fifteen, " which is the total of 7 + 8. Should the next player put down a 5, the statement would be "Twenty." this may sound boring, but there are so many wild cards that the students really love it. The first player to go over 99 is out of the game and the play continues until there is only one player left. Click here for additional information.
