Students are learning how to read scientific text by practicing skills such as highlighting, summarizing, and annotating.

Los estudiantes de secundaria han estado mirando (¡ja!) Ondas de luz, tanto visibles como invisibles.

Middle students have been looking (ha!) at light waves- both visible and invisible.
By transforming their understanding of wavelength (the distance between two peaks or troughs) and amplitude (how high each peak rises/trough lowers), students have created screen-caps, comics, and memes as they imagine how another voice would explain all this science!
