Students used concepts in ethnic studies including self, systems, stories, solidarity, and social movements to learn about the culture and history of Native Americans. Through this work students have studied critically both history and current events, explored their identities as citizens of the diverse community of America, and developed their voices as storytellers and changemakers.
Students have produced (1) group research and writing projects, and (2) creative projects highlighting indigenous stories using art, Bookcreator, and more.
