How can I use technology to enhance my community?
During this project, students will contemplate four compelling questions. As they work on developing answers to these questions, students will gain a better understanding of who they are, how they "fit in" to their various communities, what THEY can do to make a difference, and what role technology, science, and language play in the cause of advocacy.
Visit Chollas Lake trails
Work with community partners to understand needs of local trail space
Create an app that provides information to meet those needs (Chollas Lake AoIT Field Trip - App Lab - Code.org )
Create infographics/Tree tags for Arbor Week tree planting on El Cajon Blvd.
“Print” and Place QR Code tags on Boulevard trees
