*Please note, SDUSD does NOT provide diploma copies. LMEC does NOT retain or distribute additional diploma copies. Transcripts are the only Official documents our district/school can provide for alumni. Alumni only get one Diploma which is the one they received on Graduation day.*

Students who need their transcript for college admissions or any other purposes should check their Counseling Google Classroom for Transcript Request Process for High School and/or SDCCD Transcripts.

Current High School Student: If a high school student has moved or their new high school is requesting records, this request needs to be emailed directly to the Registrar (tpena@sandi.net)
To withdraw, Parent/Guardian must visit the LMEC front office in person to complete the official withdrawal process and obtain your official transcript or records.
Current students can generate an unofficial PDF of your transcript, via student's Power School portal. If you need an unofficial PDF copy and are having problems generating it yourself, please contact your counselor.
Transcripts for College:
Active students need to login to their Xello Account through Clever. Please review Xello Support before requesting transcript if this request is for sending transcript to colleges. Colleges must be added to student's college planning page in order for Registrar to send transcript to college through Xello.
After you complete the above steps, click the LMEC- HS Transcript Request online Form link and fill out. This will notify the Registrar that you have submitted a request in XELLO. Xello Support link
Please note: UC's and CSU's generally only require FINAL TRANSCRIPTS, it is not necessary to send initial or midyear transcripts to those colleges. Colleges using the COMMON APP, will generally ask for INITAL, MIDYEAR, and FINAL transcripts. In addition when applying to colleges via COMMON APP, letters of recommendation are required. Please talk to your counselor and teachers as soon as possible for the letters of recommendation, be prepared with a BRAG SHEET.

For any records related to 2014 and prior, you must use the following link: https://sandiegoca.scriborder.com. This request will be processed by the district, NOT LMEC. Contact them if you have any questions regarding your request.
