Family Assistance for Student Devices and Internet Access

What can I tell families who need help with their student's device?

If families have immediate issues with their student's device, they can contact the Online Learning Support Line for families at (619) 732-1400. The support technician will troubleshoot the issue and make recommendations. For all other issues, the student should bring their device to their school of enrollment and exchange it for another device. The broken device will be sent out for repairs.

What can I tell families if they need internet access assistance?

If families need assistance with Hotspots, internet access, or more information on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), they can call (619) 260-2460. Hours of operation are 8:00am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm - 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Bilingual/Spanish-speaking agents are available if needed.
