Final Transcript Requests:

Students will be required to submit their initial request for their official Final Transcript for tracking and accountability purposes on our google form.

The registrar does not know the exact date when final grades will be uploaded by the district, but rest assured, final grades will be uploaded prior to college/university deadlines. As soon as the registrar is notified that final grades issued from San Diego Unified School District are uploaded, final transcripts will be sent to the college/university you requested on our google form and in Xello.

If you took any course outside of San Diego Unified School District, (including CCAP courses, Charter School of San Diego, San Diego Community College District), it is your responsibility to request transcripts from those institutions separately to submit to your chosen college/university.

The registrar is only submitting requests entered from students on the google form for Final Transcripts. Parents/Guardians should refrain from filling out the student’s responses to prevent delays in transcript submissions for their student.

Students admitted into international colleges/universities: Many times colleges outside of the United States may reject the transcript being sent from Scripps Ranch High School because we have a different address listed in our online college prep program, Xello. Scripps Ranch High School is requesting that you make an appointment to pick up a physical copy of your transcript to send to your college or university yourself. There will be a google form available for this process.

All students should download an unofficial copy of their transcript for their own personal records before their PowerSchool privileges are revoked during the summer.

Google forms for these requests will be available beginning April 15th and will close on May 21st, 2026. These forms can be found on the transcript request page on the counseling website and SRHS Registrar's link tree available here at that time.
