Therefore names will be read in random order, within the counselor's alpha grouping, during the ceremony.

Guests can enter the stadium through the back gate on Meanley Drive (this gate will remain open to visitors to enter until 5:00PM)

For the comfort and safety of all, guests are not permitted to enter the stadium with the following items:
Strollers are not permitted inside the stadium
No umbrellas
No outside food is allowed inside the stadium
No glass containers of any type, cans or outside beverages
Factory-sealed plastic bottled water that is still, clear and unflavored and that is one (1) liter (32 ounces) or less are permitted into the stadium
No smokeless/chewing tobacco & vapes
No confetti, air horns, balloons or Inflatables
Do not enter the field during the ceremony
Once the ceremony has begun, please refrain from engagement with graduates (for example, no handing out leis during the ceremony).
Signs must be no larger than 2’ x 3’
Tailgating is not permitted
No wrapped packages
No dogs are allowed on campus - for your convenience, the graduation ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube
Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items at home or in their car.
All items are subject to search prior to entry.
Commencement will be from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
Gates to the stadium will open for families starting at 4:00PM.
A ticket will be required to enter, no tickets will be sold at the door.
For quick access into the stadium on graduation day, avoid bringing a bag as there will be a bag check. General seating is first come, first serve.
The back gate on Meanley Drive will be open until 5:00PM.
The SRHS ASB will have the snack bar open on both sides of the stadium. No outside food or drinks will be allowed. Click here for snack menu.

Pictures can be taken before and after the ceremony. The quad will be open for pictures beginning at 3:45PM - however all Seniors must check in at 4:45PM at the check-in station.
Families should remain seated until the recessional ends and then meet their graduates at a pre-arranged site. Please avoid congregating in the immediate area of the stadium entrances and/or exits to reduce congestion as guests depart after the ceremony.
Only flat shoes or wedges on the field - spikes will damage the turf
*Priority seating will be available for people with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women and others in need.
Seating will be limited
Seating will not be assigned. First come, first serve.
*Priority Seating will be located along the track (click here to see the location - its the blue box ) on the west and east side of the field (there is also handicap seating in the stadium stands - see the google slides below to view).
