In this week, utilize Fusion 360's 3D features and sub-features to create 3D objects and manage 3d components thin perform different types of joints.
The assignment is making pen holder using Fusion 360's 3D features, and thin print it using 3d printer in lab.
I get the idea throw this photo.
Using Fusion 360 to make the model.
Using Ultimaker Cura to prepare the model to print it.
Using Machine prusia mk2 3D printing machine to print the model.
The used material is PLA.

14- Use split body to spelt the top from the ball.
16- Making revolve in a small angle to do this part.
18- I extruded the inner circle.
20- Drawing a new sketch in the top of this body.
22- Drawing a new sketch in the front face of this body.
24- Drawing a new sketch in the top of this body.
26- Make this component to be ground.
28- Edit joint limits using the right angels.
30- Using joint between the rectangle and the hock and select the right motion.
29- Final product.
30- Video shows all motions of the model
2- Task2: LEGO minifigure

19- I extruded it.
21- Drawing a new sketch in XY plan.
23- Drawing a new sketch in the top of the shape and I extruded it.
25- I extruded cut it.
27- Drawing a new sketch in this body face.
29- Drawing a new sketch in this body face.
31- Make this body is a ground.
33- Make mirror in the leg and join it.
2- Making this sketch revolve.
4- I extruded it.
6- Drawing a new sketch in this face.
8- Fillet the edges.
10- I extruded it.
12- I extruded cut it.
14- I extruded cut it.
16- Drawing sketch in XZ plan.
18- Drawing a new sketch in this face.
20- Drawing a new sketch in XZ plan and thin extruded cut it.
22- I extruded it.
24- Drawing a new sketch in XY plan.
26- Thin I extruded cut the big part.
28- I extruded cut it.
30- I extruded it and extruded cut all parts was drawing in a previous sketch.
32- Make all joints between all bodies.
34- Video shows all motions of the model.

1- Drawing sketch in XZ plan.
3- Drawing a new sketch in XZ plan.
5- Split the bottom to make it a plan.
7- Make plan in this surface.
9- Making offset plan from the last plan.
11- Making loft between the 2 sketches.
13- Draw a new sketch in the bottom surface of this body.
15- Using joint between the two bodies and select the right motion.
17- The final product.
19- change the appearance of the bodies and this is final product.
21- Open it in cura and rotate the shapes to be easer printable without any supports.
2- I extruded it.
4- Making this sketch revolve.
6- I extruded cut to make a hole at the arc body.
8- Draw a new sketch in this surface and draw circle in the same size.
10- Drawing a new sketch circle in a same size and rotate it.
12- Making shell to open it.
14- I extruded cut it.
16- Using joint between the last body and the arc body.
18- Save each body as STL file.
20- video shows the motion of the model.
22- Click slice to know the weight and the time will be taken. the weight is 12 gram and time is 79 min.
I Opened the STL files in cura and rotate the shapes to be easer printable with minimum supports.
I separate each body in a file to make sure it will be okay and don't happen any problem which I took about in week 1.
Thin I saved all files in the disk and name each one on a specific name to know what is this file in the machine.
I starting by choosing PLA colors (Green and silver), I named the file when saving it in cura, put it onto a SD card and attach it on the printer to start the printing process.
This is the final product.
This video shows the printing process.
The instructor Amany suggest to do my model in 2 different colors and that was a good suggestion.

Me and Ramie shared his 3D printing slot time, he took 45 minutes and I took 45 minutes. That helped me to do my pen holder in time.
The mistake what I did that, I made that 2 radius of 2 circles is equal so it was too hard to connect the 2 parts with each other and when I connect all parts the rotation didn't work.
So the should make a 0.5 mm clearance between them.
I can emery the green circle from inside to fix it.
In my final project, when I will attach many of parts with each other I will make sure of the clearance between them to do the perfect function.
The coolest thing in this week was the extra session, I learned the molding technique and it was a very good and fun session.
In this week I made an extra pen holder put I didn't print it because I have a limited time and I choose the less heavy model.
