to do the laser cutter glasses frame
i started drawing the frame i made 2 hexagons to be the lenses
the i made a semi arc to connect the lenses
i made the 2 parallel liens to connect the lenses from the top
i made sure that all liens are fully defined
i used the free lien tool to draw the half heart then i made the other part by mirror feature
i locked the free shape the heart
i execruded the shape by 2.5
i made two holes in 3.3mm to fit the screw
i made sure that all liens are defined
i saved the file in dxf formate
i imported the file on RD works software
i edited all parameters to match the laser cutter machine
To do glasses arm
1) I have created a rectangle with dimensions of 5 by 140 mm.
2) I have attempted to extrude this rectangle with 5 mm.
3) I have selected the top view and created another rectangle with dimensions of 2 by 5. I have extruded it by 5 mm to be the... 1) I believe I should start by creating a rectangle with dimensions of 5x140mm.
2) After that, I would like to suggest that we extrude this rectangle with 5mm.
3) I would like to propose that we then select the top view and create another rectangle with dimensions of 2x5. I would also like to suggest that we extrude this rectangle by 5mm to create the location of the screw hole.
4) I would like to propose that we draw a circle with a diameter of 3.3mm and cut it to create the screw hole.
5) I would like to suggest that we begin by drawing another rectangle at the bottom and extruding it by 5mm.
6) I would like to propose that we use an infill fracture to create the shape of the arm bottom.

1I turn on the laser machine suction.
2I press on file and chose my file
3. set the origin on wood sheet and simulating the framing to make sure that the cut will be in the right place.
4 makeingsure everything is OK I press START.

clean the plate from any extra plastic
transferring G code file to 3d printing machine
choose my file on the machine
then the machine started to fabricate

the challenge :i had a challenge after the fabrication i founded that the measurement of L shape not accurate and that leads to running of screws slot
the solution
so i decided to fix this by duplicating the screw slot side measurement to be more rigid
the key of solution is trail and error
