I'm so excited to make a pen holder for my desk to collect all my pens! I'm going to make it with a separator to keep the pencils and pens organized. I'm even going to add a motivational coat to get me pumped for work!

I Started with the front side it was 150mm x 150mm with T slot in 3 sides with the standerd T slot measurment
i excruded the side with 5 mm
then i used fillet feature to make the sides rounded
i mad the same steps to the back side in new comonent
i made the right and left sides in tow different new component with 4 projection and to finger slots and hole for screw
i excruded the left and right side by 5mm
i made the bottom side with finger slots
and screw holes
i made joint to assemble all components
save each component with dxf extention formate
speed 40 and power 45
speed 250 power 25
the cutting parameters on RD works software

1I turn on the laser machine suction.
2I press on file and chose my file
3. set the origin on wood sheet and simulating the framing to make sure that the cut will be in the right place.
4 makeing sure everything is OK I press START.

I was up against a challenge when I first tried to make components. I put all the parts together as one component, which led to a problem when I tried to make the assembly.

But my instructor, Yahya, helped me figure it out
He showed me how to open the holder panel, and then I was able to create a new component to overcome the issue of interlocking components.
